In Ireland we get a lot of British media adapted to suit the Irish market; this usually comes in the form of overdubbed TV adverts. The adaptations are usually painfully obvious, sometimes crass but generally idiotic, due largely to a stereotypical perception of the Irish themselves. Above is a case in point; the image is torn from a cheap English magazine found in a tabloid newspaper, where someone has tried to make the woman sound more 'Irish' by adding "...so you are..." at the end of her line. It's completely unnecessary and one can almost hear her finish with "begorrah", that terrible non-existent expression.
