Hmm, kind of 'Demon-Headmaster-meets-Donald-Trump'.
ReplyDeleteThere was a Dutch edition of Selby's The Demon that looked like it was taken from Haxan, complete with clawed hand in silhouette over a woman's naked hip, spider's webs and black candles - not quite the effect Cubby was striving for in the actual novel, I suspect.
