Familiar songs

Another Shell Nature record, this time featuring Garden & Park Birds. In response to an earlier comment, I can reveal that the recordings were made by Lawrence Shove, who won amateur prizes before becoming Britain's first and (for a while) only full-time, freelance recordist of natural sounds.

This is Side One, recorded in Devon between 1962 to 1965, which takes us from our friends the Robins to those crazy Nuthatches.
