Una Paloma Blanca, apparently a Portuguese anti-fascist anthem... covered by Jonathan King... played in the van that took Gary Gilmore to be executed.... mutated by dark rural cult band The Wurzels into "I am a Cider Drinker"... played every night at Pontins from about 1975-1977...
I will be covering this on the next English Heretic CD, probably, the time seems right...
