Excellent Bollops. How long did this take to do? Now going to watch it again.
ReplyDeleteTa! It took about 2 years, but that was doing it here and there on weekends, the odd evening etc. The soundtrack took the longest. Every bleedin' sound had to be individually cut to fit and pasted in at the precise microsecond.
ReplyDeleteThat was extremely entertaining.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations, your hard work has certainly paid off (and please say hello to Peter Cushing for me).
Thanks! Mr Cushing says: "Hello." :)
ReplyDeleteAbout 2 years!!!!!!!!! Thats amazing. I love Thunderbird 2 flying.
ReplyDeleteHeh heh, yeah, it shouldn't have taken that long really, but I am a bit of a slack-arse. Those incredible flying scenes were achieved with a broom and some white cotton - just like Gerry Anderson!
ReplyDelete^ you're giving your SFX secrets away !
ReplyDeleteI've re-watched the film and Thunderbird 2 appears to be flying without any visible means of support.
Dammit, we wanted people to *see* the strings! Bah!
